However, it is a tad larger than the original battery which makes putting it in and taking it out more difficult. I usually have to try for a minute or so before it loosens up enough for it to come out. Also, my keyboard seems to stall more with this battery than the original one. It is an exact duplicate of the battery that came with my BB and I carry it around in case of a power emergency. Blackberrys tend to go through the battery charge quickly when using a number of apps at the same time for extended periods of time. Carrying a spare battery provides insurance against running out of juice where there is no place to charge it up. This battery has the same performance as the battery that came with the phone. Highly recommended.
